The arrangements for retired Police Officer Louis Bell are completed. They will all be on Saturday, April 30, 2011.

All services will be at the Saint Peter the Apostle Catholic RC Church, on 5th Street south of Girard Ave

Viewing: 8:30AM to 10:30M-closed coffin

Mass: 10:30am

Interment:  immediately following at the Greenmount Cemetery, Front and Luzerne Streets

Repast: FOP Lodge 5 after the burial
