As of last night, FOP Lodge 5 and the City have begun the process of negotiations for the 2025 Contract and have exchanged proposals. Unfortunately, the City Proposal is unacceptable and falls far short of recognizing the dedication, sacrifices, and hard work you perform each and every day.
We have also included our FOP Proposal for your review, which fairly compensates you for your stellar job performance and accurately reflects the sacrifices that you and your families make on a daily basis. The FOP remains steadfast in our commitment to securing the best contract possible and we will keep you continually updated.
