We will walk you through the grievance process and arbitration with the Philadelphia Police Department and the City of Philadelphia, if necessary. Grievances are evaluated based on merit and arbitration awards are intended to be final and binding. 

Here are some tips for filing your grievance

• Be concise and to the point
• Be as specific as possible and include who, what, where, when, why, and how
• Include facts, contract sections that have been violated, and a desired remedy
