FOP Lodge #5 partners with Boston Mutual Life Insurance Company for members and their families

All Active and Retired Members are entitled to a $5,000 death benefit from Philadelphia FOP Lodge #5. 

Active members ONLY are also entitled to a $35,000 City of Philadelphia Life Insurance policy. Active Deputy Sheriff members must contact their HR department to update beneficiary for the City of Philadelphia Life Insurance Policy.

All Active and Retired Members can easily change your Beneficiary via Docusign by contacting Lodge #5 today.
